This free workshop will use coaching tools to help you identify the values you currently hold most dear + yoga and creative visualizations for centering. You’ll feel better about your connection to yourself after this workshop, which will make connecting with others so much more fun.

Each one provides a well-rounded Pre-Natal practice, with strengthening, relaxation, and techniques for fostering wellness through pregnancy, birthing and parenting. Pick which theme works for you, or get them all and rotate through or repeat as you feel!

I am thrilled to provide these videos as a guide through your pregnancy by trimester. I envisioned these as a private session for you and your baby at each stage of your pregnancy, but instead of a one-time experience you can download and return to it over and over again! Each video contains specific info about what’s going on with your body and with your baby in this trimester. Plus short physical yoga, breathing, and relaxation practices that are designed for this time in your pregnancy. You can do them one at a time, or string them all together for a full practice. Enjoy, and be well!
